Riot On Rated The Cold was born and raised in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio,
where he began his entertainment career, before he was uprooted and
replanted in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004. Since his relocation, Rated has
become an enthralling individual for both his uncanny personality and his
never before seen, tell it like it is, style of lyrics. In the years that
he has spent cultivating his God-given talent, Riot On Rated The Cold has
proven that it is now his turn to sit on the throne.
